Core Services: Shopify store setup, access to an 8,000+ product catalog, and fulfillment from our 7 US-based warehouses.
Wholesale Buying: Subscribers receive wholesale pricing and retain 100% of the retail profit margin they set.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify subscription in good standing.
5. Payments, Billing & No-Refund Policy
Fees: You are responsible for all recurring subscription fees (both Shopify fees and our service fees).
Wholesale Costs: You are billed the wholesale cost of goods upon a customer order.
Refunds: All fees for services rendered (including store setup and monthly/annual subscriptions) are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the subscription period has begun.
6. Your Responsibilities
Marketing: While we provide the "engine," you are responsible for the marketing and promotion of your store.
Customer Service: You are the "Merchant of Record." You are responsible for handling direct inquiries, returns, and issues from your end-customers.
Compliance: You must ensure your business operations comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
